Toms River’s Frankie Edgar Will Be Inducted Into UFC HOF Class of 2024
That’s right Rat Rock Nation Toms River’s very own Frankie Edgar is going into the UFC Hall Of Fame. He will be in the Modern Wing for the Class of 2024. He is no stranger to 95.9 The Rat and loved his rock and roll. We had the privilege of meeting him at a couple of events. At one event he was doing a signing over at Pine Belt Chevy in Lakewood. What a nice guy and believe me I was very careful what to ask and say around him.

Frankie was born right in Toms River and had a very amazing wrestling start at Toms River High School East. He attended Clarion University in Pennsylvania. He joined the UFC in 2007 and first match was a win over fellow fighter named Tyson Griffin at UFC Fight 67. One of the best fights really to notice was against BJ Penn at UFC 112. In November of 2022 he finally decided to hang up the gloves and retire. Check out the video down below.
