What Should You Do To Protect Yourself?
First make sure you car doors, are locked. If you’re parked on the street or in your driveway, make sure you double check to make sure your car is locked. Also, do not leave your key fobs in your vehicle. Moreover, don’t leave anything of value that may catch the eye of a thief. They can break a window to get their hands on it. If you have a garage, you should definitely take full advantage of it, and keep your car inside.
These thieves are crazy enough to break into your house, just to get your key fob. So make sure all your windows and doors are locked. Installing additional security items like deadbolts, security cameras, or an alarms is a great way to keep them away. If you have an alarm system in your home, make sure that bad boy is set, especially at night before you go to bed.
