Solar Eclipse Of 2024 Raised Gas Prices According To Analysts
Well, we were all out and about looking up at the sky for the latest solar eclipse earlier this month. As we were looking up, according to some analysts they were raising our gas prices.
The gas was 10 cents cheaper back in April of 2023 per gallon and there was no eclipse.
Since this 2024 eclipse now, people have been traveling and leaving their homes to get the best viewing spots, to catch the solar eclipse.
Some are saying the glasses we were wearing, must have been so dark to put our eyes up to the sky, and not realizing that the gas price was going up.

Here is what we know, according to AAA, from last week to now gas has gone up about 30 cents per gallon. Here in New Jersey, the average gas price was just around $3.33 for regular, and that was just a week ago. Diesel and premium gas also got some rise in cents as well. Are these analysts right?
Also, the gas price rise was because of production cuts and distributors paying more for gas deliveries. Moreover, now that summer is knocking on the door, get ready to pull out the wallet even more, because gas prices are expected to go up, which just sucks.

In my opinion, I will be on my bike and passing the gas pumps with a middle finger up , and saying ” Yeah i’m not putting my money in my gas tank but definitely towards and ice cold drink at the bar.” I know a lot of us need to travel for work or just personal reasons. I also think the gas prices were going up no matter eclipse or not.
