WATCH: Porch Pirate Used Plastic Bag For Disguise
Let’s get you over to California, and set the scene for this bizarre porch pirate.
A resident named Omar Gabriel Munoz, from Sacramento, got an alert from his home security system only to see some moron, walking up to his front door with just feet sticking out of the bottom of a plastic bag. He then snatched a package right from his home!
Im sure the look on Mr. Omar Munoz’s when he saw this, most likely had him scratching his head for a while. At first, according to a local media report, Omar thought it was some kind of prank, but then it became real after he realized that the plastic bag was up to NO GOOD with some sticky fingers attached. The plastic bag criminal did somewhat walk away.

Omar Gabriel Munoz was a bit pissed off about the incident and was wondering why no one noticed a plastic bag waddling around his house and said something. I mean seeing a plastic bag moving around would catch my attention and would also put up a red flag. Moreover, Munoz couldn’t help to express some laughs about the criminal’s costume and even said ” It was kind of funny.”
You would think with all the technology out today and cameras pretty much everywhere, people would not even try to rob anything. Not to mention using such a whacked-out disguise as a plastic bag, but I guess that is the world we live in. I myself always bring my neighbor’s packages in for them and leave them by their door, just for this reason alone.
So in conclusion, keep an eye on your stuff or you might see a HEFTY bag come up to your door and start filling up the bag. So like all garbage, I hope they catch this person and throw them in the trash and not the recyclables, because we don’t want to see them back on the street.
