Dude Gets Busted For For Painting His Neighbor’s Plants.
Well Rat Rock Nation, it looks like this guy wants to be the next Boss Ross. This crazy dude does not want to put a pretty little tree over in the corner though. As a matter of fact he wanted to go to his neighbors house and paint their plants instead. His name is Doug Paul Kooistra, and is 64 years old. Hailing from the state of Sheldon Iowa, he sounds like a real Mr. Rogers to be a neighbor with.

Check it out, Iowa police are saying they caught Mr. Kooistra on video cameras getting into his neighbor’s yard and just start painting their plants. Those plants they had are valued at $40 bucks a piece. No word on why he would pull this kind of stunt or if he hated them. It’s not the first time this character has gotten in trouble for some weird stuff.

This is not the first time he was busted for vandalizing someones property. He was arrested 3 times in six days, on being in someone’s yard trespassing. In one case the owner said he caught Doug messing with his front light porch and got off with a warning. He even turned the water spigots on for some odd reason for a unknown amount of time. He even went out of his way to remove Memorial Day Flags around the local park just to throw them on the ground.

Doug Paul Kooistra, is being charged with first offense trespassing, and fifth degree criminal mischief. Sounds to me this guy just likes messing with his neighbors and what is going on around town. I think it’s a smart idea to make sure you do have those security cameras around your homes, to always make sure you know what and who is around your home.
