Memorial Day: Let Us Never Forget The Brave Men And Women Of The USA
God Bless America Rat Rockers and all who serve and lost their lives in service to this great country of ours. Memorial Day and it will be that time with 3 day weekend for most of us, and others will be out having the BBQ’s and doing the cocktails, beers, and getting to the beach or even pools. It will be the official start of summer 2023.
It does look like 75% of us will be out and about hosting a party or will be in attendance of one, and sales are up on a lot of things this year, should I even say that booze sales will be up this weekend and beer is taking the cake on that even wine and non-alcoholic drinks, also hard seltzers. Joining that list will be party supplies and fireworks, sunscreen, and how about new grills sales are up!

Gotts is the unofficial mascot of the county. Whenever WRAT is hosting an event, people ask if Gotts will be there. there. Like Bigfoot, many people claim to see him in the area. According to Gotts, he was thrown out of home school in Monroe Township. To keep up with his own legend, Gotts likes writing about wacky local news that happens – such as pepperoni vandals. His favorite movie is Point Break, and is a big lover of Miller Lite. His favorite words to live by are “The windshield is always bigger than the rearview mirror”.
