Jersey Rock Band of the Week: Sister Salvation
Debut EP “Drop A Dime” Out Now!
Sister Salvation is a high energy Hard Rock outfit from Frenchtown. They have opened for a number of big-name acts including Tantric, Fuel, Saving Abel, and Dokken. After releasing a number of singles and making several Jersey Rock Weekly Podcast appearances, the band has released their debut EP. “Drop A Dime,” is the product of a lot of hard work boasting battle-tested, crowd-pleasing tracks. It’s available now in physical form via sisterrocks.com or for download on iTunes and the Google Play store.
In the midst of the Covid-19 Pandemic, Sister Salvation had to cancel most of their upcoming dates. However, one show is still set to happen as scheduled this August. Sister Salvation will open for Escape The Fate at One Center Square in Pennsylvania on 8/16. Tickets are available now at eventbrite.com.
As is the case with most bands right now, Sister Salvation is using the extra time afforded by the worldwide quarantine to work on new music. We may see brand new tracks not before too long. In the mean time, we’ll rock cuts from Sister Salvation’s debut EP this week on Jersey Rock. Tune to 95.9 The Rat Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night at 11:30. Jeff Lepore will call in to the show each night!
