Comfort Food Festival Returns To Downtown Toms River
The Comfort Food Festival, a celebration of local food, returns to Washington Street in Downtown Toms River on Saturday, September 21st from 12 noon until 6 pm.
The beloved yearly event will once again be sponsored by the Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District, known as the BID, as well as Main Street New Jersey.
The Comfort Food Festival promises again this year to have something for just about everyone.
Tons Of Live Performances This Year
The 2024 Downtown Toms River Comfort Food Festival features more live music than in recent memory. Performing live will be the likes of The Music Academy, Coastal Vibe, The Jeff Fodor Band, and a performance by The Dance Centre.
The Food Selections Will Be More Than Comforting
From hot dogs and hamburgers to gyros, French fries, sausage and peppers, pulled pork, desserts, and more, you will definitely need to bring your appetite to the Downtown Toms River Comfort Food Festival. But that’s not all! According to the BID website, in addition to all the great food, the street will be filled with merchandise vendors, handcrafters, kids activities, live entertainment, and a beer & wine garden provided by Toms River Volunteer Fire Co. #1. Local businesses, restaurants, brewery, and distillery open on the street. Free Admission & Free Parking downtown during the event.
