Serial Cat Shaver Has Struck Not Once, But Twice Now
A serial cat shaver in England has struck yet again! His latest victim is named Twinkle. This poor cat lost a patch of fur to the shaving psycho.
This has kept British people on high alert and it happened last month in the town of Foleshill. Now this week when the cat’s owner, Lucy O’Donoghue, talked about it to a local media outlet.
She told local news reporters that she was “bewildered” that Twinkle had been shaved, her concerns were confirmed by a visit to a pet groomer, who told her that such acts have been occurring in neighboring areas “since 2021,” though this case was the first to have been in her local town.

This cat shaver weirdo is still on the move and has not been caught. O’Donoghue needed to share her story so that pet owners in her town should be on the lookout for this guy if they own a cat.
One thing that she shared was that Twinkle is “not really a people person and does not go to strangers, and how did he or she get near her, let alone hold her down and do it.”
Many other cat owners who have seen their pets shaved over the years by this person. O’Donoghue said, “It is bizarre, but also really sinister because if someone is going to do that, what else are they capable of?”
You really have to be off, to be going around with some clippers and taking cats just to shave them. This sounds like the beginning of the next Jeffrey Dahmer if you ask me.
