The report says there was an assault at one of the apartments, and one of the officers was told the suspect walked out of the apartment and got into a UPS truck.
This is where the story goes crazy, because according to a Monroe Police officer after arriving, he spotted a slow-moving UPS truck, going through a parking lot and then hit a curb, and then got into a grass area.
When the officer approached the UPS truck, they found a 50-year-old Sicklerville man on top of the UPS driver with a knife and trying to stab him according to police. Thankfully the police officer got this crazy guy out of the truck with some help from fellow officers and got the attacker in handcuffs and under arrest.

The UPS driver told police that the man entered the truck and asked for a ride, and that’s when the driver said no it’s not company policy, and that they don’t have a permit to have passengers. Moreover, the driver told the attacker he had deliveries to make. That is when the attacker allegedly pulled a knife out and started to attack the UPS driver.
The driver is 52 and was brought to a local hospital and treated for minor cuts right above his right eye, and on his back according to police. The knife was also taken in by the police that was found at the scene of the crime. We wish him the best of luck and get him back on the right road to recovery.
