A Warning From Gotts, Snow Coming this Weekend
Well Rat Rockers, snow is coming this weekend. We want everyone safe and if you don’t have to be on the roads let’s stay off them. We want the men and women plow drivers to do their jobs. Huge shout out to the plow drivers for doing such a great job during the last storm. Even after this snowfall we just had, I did notice some people out driving and speeding around.
Please be careful if you do need to be out. This report came from the National Weather Service, for more information you can click right HERE.
What To Expect From This Snow Here At The Jersey Shore:
As we wake up Friday morning it will be very cold and windy. Saturday rolls in, we are expected to get about just 1 to 3 inches mixed in with rain. Hopefully, this will pass fast and it said that Saturday will mostly just be cloudy in the afternoon. The temperature will drop on Saturday night, and it will be very heavy winds. The gust speeds are supposed to get over 20 MPH. The roads will be slick and icey so be extra careful.
It might not be a bad idea to get the salt out and throw a layer of that down around the house and sidewalks. If any other details come in we will be on it and letting you know. Monday we should be back to normal, but we have to keep our eye on next Friday for another storm on the horizon.
Not A Fan Of This Stuff:
As a kid I loved it, and getting the call and telling us that school was cancelled was the best. My friends and I would get all bundled up and run to our local sleigh-riding hills. Now I’m older and hear a storm is coming, I got to get the shovels out and clean it all up. What is your opinion on the snow storms?
