A New Mediterranean Restaurant Opens In Toms River. Samara Grill just opened their 2nd location at 1401 Route 37 East, Toms River.

Samara Grill opened their original Jersey Shore location in the late Spring of 2023 at 1210 Boulevard in Seaside Heights in the vacant space that once housed the Palm Villa Suites Deli and Convenience Store.

Samara Grill serves authentic wood-fired Mediterranean cuisine with a Jersey Shore flair. The Jersey Shore flair means great breakfast sandwiches, along with other breakfast options as well as sandwiches, salads, wraps, cheesesteaks, wings, fries, and more.

The Mediterranean–Middle Eastern cuisine is what I’m most interested in. Falafel, Kebabs, Kofta, Hummus, Baba ghanoush, & gyros are some of my favorite dishes.

I read that the Hummus & Baba Ghanoush are huge customer favorites.

Their Seaside location is very animal friendly. Their website reads: “Our restaurant is pet-friendly, meaning that you can bring your furry friends with you. We ask for calm and collected behavior from all of our animal customers”.

I would imagine the same will hold true for the new Toms River location.

How The Original Samara Grill Got It’s Start

Samara Grill was born out of a deep passion for the culinary arts. The journey began when our founder, Sameh, realized his love for cooking and bringing people together through food. Growing up in a household where meals were the heart of every gathering, he developed a keen understanding of the power of a well-cooked dish. Inspired by the rich flavors of his Middle Eastern heritage and the vibrant spices used in traditional dishes, Sameh set out to create a unique dining experience for his community. With dedication and creativity, he worked tirelessly to perfect his recipes and create a warm and inviting ambiance at Samara Grill. Today, we proudly serve our guests delicious, authentic Middle Eastern cuisine that reflects our founder's passion and commitment to quality.

I wish Sameh and his family much success in their new Toms River location. I’ll see you soon
