The Ultimate Guide to the Toms River Halloween Parade
The WRAT Pack is super excited about the Toms River Fire Company # 1 84th Annual Halloween Parade, going down on Halloween night, October 31st, 2023.
Look for your favorite RAT personalities and the rest of the RAT crew marching down the parade route along with our festive and fun ghoulish friends starting at 7pm sharp.
The rain date will be Wednesday, November 1st, 2023.
The parade route starts at the Toms River Shopping Center on the corner of Route 37 and Rt. 166. Across the street from Shoprite, and next to The Office Lounge.
The parade travels down Main Street turning left onto Washington Street ending at the corner of Washington Street and Hooper Avenue.
Make sure to look for Jimmy Steal at the reviewing stand on Washington Street, near the library.
Toms River High School East will be filming the event, which will be live streamed on their YouTube channel
Your organization can register to be in the parade on the day of the parade, Tuesday, October 31st, 2023, starting at 8 am at the Toms River Fire Co 1 firehouse at 26 Robbins Street in Toms River.
The Toms River Halloween Parade is the largest in the state of New Jersey, and the 2nd largest Halloween Parade in the world. The Annual Greenwich Village Halloween Parade is the largest in the world.
You can start the day early by shopping at some of the local retailers in the area. The Toms River Center has Kohl’s, Rainbow Shops, Five Below, Mangia Pizza, Jersey Mikes, Wing Stop (get the garlic parm wings) Urgent Care, Planet Fitness and more. Plus, across the street near Shoprite, the new K-Pot restaurant is now open.
Every year, there are 6,000 participants, and over 100,000 spectators checking out the Toms River Halloween Parade. It’s a big deal!
