New Jersey Diner Featured In ‘Friday the 13th’ Up For Sale. Fun Events Planned For This Week.
Good morning, horror fans! We’ve got some interesting news for you appreciators of the Friday the 13th franchise: the Jersey diner featured in the very first film is now up for sale…and to commemorate this…they’ll be having fun events this Friday…the 13th!
It’s the Blairstown Diner and it’s located at 53 Route 94 in Blairstown, New Jersey. If you show up tomorrow…you can place a bid on the diner itself (if you want to) but also engage in activities such as ax-throwing, free horror caricatures, horror face painting, and a bloody pie eating contest. And, of course, Jason Voorhees will be in attendance…so watch out!
Kids can get free horror caricatures and horror face painting from 1 to 5 p.m. The bloody pie eating contest, open to the first 30 competitors to sign up, starts at 5 p.m. And ax-throwing will go on from noon to 7 p.m. And obviously Jason will be there all day.
So, if you’re in the mood for some thrills and chills, swing by the Blairstown Diner for a scary good time!
