Thanks to a woman’s viral Tik Tok, California Pizza Kitchen is offering everyone 50% off macaroni and cheese until the end of July. Even in New Jersey. California Pizza Kitchen made a huge mistake with the woman’s order, and because the restaurant was in the wrong, they gave the woman free mac & cheese and pizza for an entire year. Here’s how it went down, the woman was having a rough day and didn’t want to cook, she was injured plus she and her boyfriend just broke up. The woman known as @fumptruck on Tik Tok placed an order with California Pizza Kitchen for a pizza and an order of mac & cheese. When her order arrived, she got the pizza she requested and a container filled with liquid cheese, but no macaroni. In her viral video, she says that she called CPK and spoke to 2 different employees who told her that she made a mistake, not them. They refused to own up to the fiasco by telling her that she ordered her mac & cheese incorrectly. Pszybylski continued, “Step two: cook the mac.” “Step three: add the mac to the cheese,” he said, raising his eyebrows.
