The Monmouth County Fair hits Freehold with a ton of family fun activities this Summer. The Monmouth County fair launches Wednesday, July 24, 2024 and runs until Sunday, July28, 2024 at the East Freehold showgrounds at 1500 Kozloski Road in Freehold.

Presented by the Monmouth County Board of County Commissioners in cooperation with the Monmouth County Park System and the Monmouth County 4-H Association.

 It’s a countywide event for all ages with 4-H Shows & Exhibits, lots of rides like the tilt-a-whirl & Ferris wheel. There will be all kinds of games, Robinson’s Racing Pigs, Bwana Jim Wildlife Show, Hilby the Skinny German Juggle Boy, Tommy Turvey's Stunt Horses & Dogs, Mutts Gone Nuts,  Wallenda Productions Aerial Thrill Show , Ocean Avenue Stompers, Crunchy the T-Rex , and so much more.

How Much Does Admission Cost?

General Admission: $10.00, Children 12 and under enter FREE

Veterans & Active Military with ID enter FREE

Free Parking

 HALF PRICE entry the first 2 hours each day

(4-6 p.m. Wednesday-Friday; 11 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday & Sunday)

How Do I Enter The Garden Competition?

Bring your glorious garden item to the East Freehold Showgrounds in Freehold on the dates and times listed in the schedule. Fill out the entry forms at the Home & Garden tent.

How Do I Get To The Monmouth County Fair?

Garden State Parkway to Exit 100: Hwy. 33 West. Take approximately 9 miles to Route 33 Bypass West. 33 Bypass to Halls Mill Road North exit. Left at Stop sign to right onto Halls Mill Road. Halls Mill Road becomes Kozloski Road to the park entrance on the left.

State Hwy. 9 to Hwy. 33 East (not Business Route 33). Follow Hwy. 33 to Halls Mill Road North exit. Halls Mill Road becomes Kozloski Road to the park entrance on the left.

Rt. 18 to Exit 22, Rt. 537 west. Take Rt. 537 west for 1 mile to Kozloski Rd. exit. Follow signs to "Kozloski South" and continue 1 mile to Park on the right.

NJ Turnpike to Exit 8 (Hightstown). After toll, Highway 33 East and stay to left for Hwy 33 Bypass/Asbury Park. Take 33 Bypass to Halls Mill Road North exit. Halls Mill Road becomes Kozloski Road to the park entrance on the left.

Rockyn Robyn Lane is WRAT’s Music Director & Assistant Program Director. She also has worked as the on air goddess 10:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday Through Friday since 1996! Robyn loves to write articles and blogs mostly about food with an emphasis on local eateries. She says she loves shining the spotlight on local businesses, giving them the love they deserve. Not surprisingly, Robyn also loves to cook and bake herself. He recipes can be found on WRAT’s various social media pages. She also hosted a short series called “Rocker In The Kitchen” where she cooks with various rock artists.
