About Raising Cane’s.
According to Wikipedia, Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is an American fast-food chain specializing in chicken fingers. Raising Caine’s was founded in 1996 in Baton Rouge Louisiana, by Todd Graves and Craig Silvey. The company is named after Graves’ dog, a Yellow Labrador.

Interestingly, the business plan was rejected numerous times by potential investors. However, Graves and Silvey earned the needed money working various manual labor jobs. Furthermore, they obtained a Small Business Loan, which they used to open their first restaurant, located in Baton Rouge at the intersection of Highland Road and State Street near the LSU campus. Later, Silvey sold his share of the partnership shortly after the second restaurant opened.

Here are the new New Jersey locations.
The first location is at 2014 Route 70 West in Cherry Hill. This location has already been opened. The other locales include Mount Holly Road and Bromley Boulevard in Burlington. 1860 Deptford Center Road in Deptford. Meanwhile, another Route 70 location is on tap at 800 Route 70 West in Marlton. Furthermore, yet another Raising Caine’s location has been reported to be opening near Rutgers University in the greater New Brunswick area. However, that spot isn’t scheduled to start slinging fingers until 2025.

I have never had the pleasure of trying Raising Caine’s Chicken Fingers. Although I do enjoy some of that Bojangles chicken during stops on my way down to Florida. We usually stop once each way to and from my mother-in-law. So, I’m going to have to check out some new Raising Caine’s Chicken soon.

Besides the famous Chicken Fingers, Caine’s also sells drinks, fries, coleslaw, and, from what I’m told, a very tasty chicken sandwich! You can check out Raising Caine’s full menu here.
