Local Woman Leaves Her Dog At Local Bar In Neptune NJ.

Hey Rat Rockers I was at my favorite local Irish bar in Neptune this past Friday morning. The Morning Rat Race came to an end around 10 am,  My phone was going off to meet up with friends for some breakfast and drinks. So a bunch of us decided to swing on through to kick off the weekend.

So around 10:45 came around, and that's when this woman came in and sat down next to us. She did have a purse that was on the bar stool next to me. The purse did look like a designer bag and also very expensive. This unknown woman ordered a shot of Tequila right out of the gate. Then ordered a mixed drink to follow the shot.

If you know me I didn't judge and my friends and I said "When In Rome We Too Will Have A Shot." None of us ever talked to this woman at any point. For one her phone was ringing throughout the morning and she finally did answer it. She was speaking Spanish the whole time on the phone. So I am not sure if she would even understand us or vice- versa.

After this girl get her groove on with some alcohol and she gets part of her complete breakfast going. She decided to get off the phone, puts down some cash and leaves. At this point I was not sure if she went to the bathroom, outside for a smoke or even to make another call to be more private.

As about 20 minutes or more went by that's when I looked down and saw the purse next to me. I grabbed it and ran outside to see if I could find her to let her know. Even had a female friend check the ladies room to see if she was there. She was nowhere to be found. That's when the bag starting moving with the straps in my hand. I put the bag to my ear and heard little crys. I put the bag down and saw this cute puppy inside the bag.

We brought the dog back inside got it some water. Checked it to see if we could find any information to get in touch with this women. There was nothing in there to locate her. The bar employees did contact the local law enforcement. Before they got there this local woman did show up about 45 minutes later. She was really embarrassed and couldn't believe she had done that.  I did shout out to her across from the bar " HAPPY MOTHERS DAY HUN!"
