WATCH: Burglar Does Yoga Before Breaking Into Australian Bakery

Alright, let's set the scene over in Australia, where a 44-year-old burglar was caught on surveillance cameras doing some stretches before a robbery.  It was an Australian bakery called Phillippa's Bakery in Richmond just outside of Melbourne. This all went down back on March 3rd.

You can only imagine the workers' and owners' surprise, to see the burglar getting in some exercise in on the camera before robbing them. According to the bakery's Facebook they posted, "Seems like yoga is a must before breaking in," Police did end up catching the bakery bandit, and arrested a 44-year-old woman. In the video, she is wearing all black and getting a nice sidewalk workout. Check out the video and see for yourself.

This 44 year old, fitness felon after breaking in did get her hands a bunch of items. According to the bakery, the workers did report that she stole a iPad, some shoes, and here comes some laughs. She even took some hot cross buns, a some croissants. I mean let's call a spade a spade, you break into a bakery, and committing a crime why would you not get your hands on some of the food.

Moreover you should never break into any place and steal anything that does not belong to you. Let's hope this 44 year old women learns from this mistake and does not steal anymore. No word on what her charges she is facing.  I have a tip for her though, maybe she can teach some yoga classes in prison with the other inmates.
