Oklahoma Woman Raffles Off Her 2016 VW Beetle At Her Own Funeral

Rat Rockers, can you imagine going to a funeral and signing the guest book and being handed a raffle ticket. Well that is exactly what happen at Diane Sweeney’s funeral. Her last wish was to give her 2016 VW Beetle away to anyone who showed up. Sadly she did pass on after an illness that came across her, but she wanted to be remembered by her generosity. She was 68, and a bunch of people showed up that she didn't even know were there for a chance to win. Get more information right HERE.

It turns out the Diane's last wish came true to a 16 year old girl. Her name is Gabriella Bonham and had a learners permit and was about to get an older car with over 165,00o miles on it. It was not in the best shape after her older siblings had it passed down to them. Also according to reports she had to walk back and forth to work and needed something reliable. Gabriella decided to convince some family members and friends to take her to Diana's funeral. She not only took time out to pay her respects but it turned out really well for her as she won the VW Beetle.

It took about a year before she knew she won and thought the car was already given away. But after all the legal issues were done and paperwork was done. Gabriella was on vacation, and all of a sudden she got a phone call from Rick Ingram, Sweeney’s nephew who let her know she was the winner of the car. It turns out about 100 people came to enter to win the car.
