Everyone Else Is Wrong…M&M’s Are Clearly The Best Halloween Candy Ever.

Good morning, Rat Rock Nation! East Side Dave here and I’m weighing in on this controversial candy issue that we’ve been debating at the station: what is the best Halloween candy?
First…you have Carl Craft’s crazy list where he entered Bottle Caps as the among the greatest Halloween candies ever! Then…you have Jimmy Steal’s insane article where he claims that circus peanuts are the best Halloween candy!

What the fudge?! Bottle Caps?! Circus Peanuts?! Are they getting their candy from the Great Depression?! I hope they enjoy their sweets as they sit by the radio and listen to FDR give one of his Fireside Chats! I sure do wish that Ma and Pa can survive the trip through the Dust Bowl as I eat my old candies!

No, sir. We’re keeping it simple. M&M’s are the BEST Halloween candy. Period. First of all: they’re made of chocolate. This is critical. When I was a kid, I would pour my pillow case full of Halloween candy on the living room floor…and if I didn’t have at least 80% chocolate candies…I would throw a damned fit! That’s right, Mommy!
I mean…M&M’s just rule. You can have regular M&M’s…Peanut M&M’s…Peanut Butter M&M’s…Pretzel M&M’s…and MORE! You can dip M&M’s in peanut butter…you can use them as toppings on ice cream or cup cakes…what versatility! Plus…you have the fun characters! The M&M’s mascots are hysterical! Look at that pic below! They’re dressed up like Star Wars people! Hahahaha! Candies dressed like humans! What’ll they think of next?!

The bottom line is: M&M’s are king. The number one Halloween candy of all time. It’s official. I’m Davey Mac. Good night. And good luck.
