Rocking The Vogel at the Count Basie Center for the Arts in Red Bank on May 6!!!

DD Verni is a Thrash Metal pioneer, however Metal is not the only style of music in the Overkill bass player’s repertoire.  Following the covid-19 lockdown, he made time to finally record the Big Band Swing album he’d waited years to produce.  DD Verni and The Cadillac Band’s debut album “Let’s Rattle” is an awesome, over-the-top collection of original tracks and covers.  The 13-piece band features a killer horn section and background singers.  DD handles lead vocals and guitar. The band made their debut before a packed Vogel theater in Red Bank on October 30.

DD Verni and the Cadillac Band return to the Vogel this Friday May 6!  Don Jamieson will kick off the evening with a comedy set!   It’s the perfect kick-off to the Mother’s Day Weekend and excellent date night opportunity.  Getting to Red Bank early is highly recommended as there is a lot to do around The Basie Center for the Arts.  Ahead of the show you can grab dinner and drinks, take a walk by the river, or hit up a legendary local record store, arcade or comic shop.

Tickets are available now at thebasie.org.

The Basie Center has ammended its covid-19 protocols.  The venue no longer requires proof of vaccination for entry.  Masks are optional.

DD Verni and The Cadillac Band’s “Let’s Rattle” album is available in both in digital and physical format.  You can find it at a number of outlets, including amazon.com.
