Shore Awards Check In: Best Tattoo Artist, Kasey Rivera
What’s up, Rat Rock Nation! “East Side” Dave of the Morning Rat Race here! And I recently had the pleasure of checking in with Shore Award winner Kasey Rivera of Taboo Tattoos to talk about all things ink! Check out the video interview below, followed by a check-in with pictures and write-ups!
For starters, Taboo Tattoos is easy to get to…coming from Spring Lake Heights…I was able to get to the shop’s location in Keyport in about 20 to 25 minutes. And it’s right there on the corner, at 242 Broad Street…so you can’t miss it!
Once inside, the parlor felt and looked great. It was very clean and had a welcoming vibe. Then, I got to Kasey’s room…which was filled with really cool artwork and examples of Kasey’s own amazing work.
Kasey’s work is awesome! As is the overall vibe of the shop! The experience was really cool…and it makes perfect sense that you, Rat Rock Nation, voted for Kasey as the Shore Award winner for Best Tattoo Artist! Congrats, Kasey!
