Costco Is Selling A Thanksgiving Meal Kit For 8, And It’s Huge
Not everyone has the time, energy, or desire to prep and cook a feast for Thanksgiving. No worries. Costco has you covered. According to Delish, the warehouse retailer is selling a huge Thanksgiving dinner meal kit that includes everything you need to serve a mouthwatering feast for eight. It comes with a five-pound turkey breast, all the sides and fixings you’ll need, plus two desserts. Turkey breasts have become more popular in recent years with folks opting not for the less desirable dark meat. However, it also means less leftovers, for sandwiches, turkey chili, turkey soup, turkey stock, and the dreaded turkey tetrazzini.
Here’s what you get in the Costco Thanksgiving Dinner Meal Kit:
- Five-pound turkey breast
- Stuffing
- Mashed potatoes
- Turkey gravy
- Mac & cheese
- Sweet corn
- Green beans
- Dinner rolls
- Cranberry relish
- Apple pie
- Pumpkin pie
The whole feast sells for $199.99, which works out to roughly $25 per person if you have 7 other people coming over. Orders have to be placed by November 5th and the kits will be delivered between November 8th and 17th. Remember Pilgrims, Thanksgiving isn’t until November 23rd this year. Moreover, you may want to just purchase the entire meal the week of and pick it up yourself. This way you won’t have to sacrifice all that room in your fridge.
