Jersey Rock Feature of the Week: Lou Panico Birthday Bash
Rocking The Crossroads in Garwood on Saturday April 8!
April 8 is going to be a very busy day for Jersey Rock veteran Lou Panico. He’s rocking two big shows on opposite ends of Central Jersey. However, when someone is as involved in the local music scene as Lou is, this type of scenario comes as no surprise. Known for his work with Levy & The Oaks and Socratic, Lou has performed in Natalie Farrell’s band over the last several years. He recently re-ignited his solo career with dual single releases in late 2022. He’ll traverse both of those worlds on Saturday.
Lou will take the stage with Natalie Farrell at Toms River North High School in the afternoon for the finals of the Break Contest. The winner will get to play the newly revived Bamboozle Festival in Atlantic City. Natalie Farrell has made it through a tough multi-round competition. We’re stoked she’ll be competing against fellow Jersey Rock veterans Kobi Reese, Honey I’m Homeless, Black Rose Rebellion, and Painted Young! If you want to vote you have to be on site at Toms River North High School. Learn more HERE.
Following the finals of the Break Contest, Lou Panico will travel north for a night of revelry and Rock. The Lou Panico Birthday Bash lights up The Crossroads in Garwood with a stacked lineup that, of course, includes Lou Panico, along with Brian Erickson, Levy Okun, The DT’s, and Phillip Nasty & The Magic Grill. Doors are at 7:30 pm. Admission is $10. It’s ages 21+ and there may or may not be a birthday cake and presents. Learn more HERE.
We’re looking forward to more new music from Lou Panico coming soon. Check out his latest releases on spotify!
Tune to Jersey Rock on 95.9 The RAT Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:30 pm to hear the sounds of the Lou Panico Birthday Bash. Lou Panico will call in to the show each night!
