Jersey Rock Band of the Week: Matt O’Ree Band
It has been a long time coming but Matt O’Ree Band’s new album “Hand In Glove” was definitely worth the wait. A follow-up to 2016’s “Brotherhood,” the new release is arguably the definitive Matt O’Ree Band work. Written as a collaboration and recorded live in studio, “Hand In Glove,” feels like the culmination of the evolution M.O.B has gone through over the past few years. It’s a sonically rich composition, adorned with beautiful harmonies and killer riffs. Moving in the direction of Southern Rock, the new tunes feel like a natural progression. If you have been a fan of Matt O’Ree from the start, you won’t be disappointed. If you’ve never heard Matt O’Ree Band before, get ready to be impressed!
“Hand In Glove” will be released this Thursday November 3. You can pre-save it now on spotify. Vinyl is on the way and 95 limited edition CD’s will be available at live shows.
