Jersey Rock Band of the Week: Matt O’Ree Band
Single Release Show Rocks The Vogel in Red Bank on Thursday July 28!!!
2022 has so far been a great year for Matt O’Ree Band. The group unveiled their latest album at a private show at The Asbury Park Yacht Club back in the Winter. To say the new material was well-received would be an epic understatement. With a sound that blends elements of Southern Rock with beautiful harmony and the guitar riffs we have come to expect from M.O.B, the upcoming “Hand In Glove” album is a clear winner. Matt O’Ree Band has spent a good chunk of 2022 touring in support of their new songs. The “Hand In Glove” Tour has expanded M.O.B’s territory and fanbase, the old fashioned way; in-person and face-to-face with the audience. For a band with such a vintage aura, it’s the perfect formula.
Matt O’Ree Band’s next stop on the tour will be on their home turf. One of the first bands to ever rock The Vogel at The Basie Center for the Arts, M.O.B will return to Red Bank’s hottest new venue on Thursday July 28. The evening will celebrate the release of their new single “Whole Lotta Nothin” and feature a guest appearance from Anthony Krizan. Tickets are available now via ticketmaster.com.
Tune to Jersey Rock on 95.9 The Rat Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday night at 11:30 pm to hear the latest from Matt O’Ree Band. Matt O’Ree will call in to the show each night!
