Beachstock: The Planets Biggest Beach Party Is Coming To New Jersey, And It’s Free
Hey, New Jersey, get ready for what they are calling the planet’s biggest beach party, Beachstock – located at Margate Beach.
You will love this… IT’S ALL FREE!
It all kicks off on the beach Saturday, June 29th, 8:00 am โ 10 pm (The rain date will be June 30th) between Huntington and Granville Ave, Margate. Also, get ready to party, and meet new friends because it is expected to bring in about 5,000 people.
This badass event includes a bunch of fun stuff to go with it. Get ready for food vendors, kid’s activities, an eclectic live music line-up, free surf and kite lessons, cornhole, volleyball, obstacle course, Tiki Beach Bar and so much more. Beachstock And Really What To Expect:
Home Run Derby Contest:
This is wanted back by so many people and it is a huge hit literally. ย Saturday will be the MBA Wiffle Ball Home Run Derby on the Granville Ave beach, between 11 am-1 pm. All batters will be broken up into age groups and have 10 swings off a tee to hit the most home runs over the fence in their age group for very cool prizes. I’m thinking the Morning Rat Races’ very own East Side Dave would rock this one.
How About Food And Drinks:
You will have a bunch of food to choose from hamburgers or ice cream from Margate Dairy Bar and Burger, savory authentic tacos from TacoCat, and barbeque pulled pork and brisket courtesy of South Jersey Smokehouse. Culinary maestros from Goodway Bakery will be selling rum cakes. Smoothie fans can stop by California Frozen Yogurt and Shakes using only the freshest fruit. Aneu Kitchens will serve healthy, selections made from scratch with only the best ingredients.
If you’re 21 and older, get ready for the beer garden the Tiki Beach Bar, with adult beverage tastings and a service area to hit up some wine and beer. This will have an island look with palm trees, flamingos, umbrellas, cornhole games, swag giveaways and more.
How About Some Live Music
ย Teddi Fuscoย kicks off the event with the National Anthem. The musical lineup will have popular local feel-good music and classic rock cover bands. The Emerald Isle Academy of Irish Dance performers will entertain Beachstock crowds with their dance routines, plus a lot more.
There is so much going on here at Beachstock, and no doubt you will definitely have a boatload of fun. How about cornhole, and volleyball tournaments, NO WORRIES they have it. If you have the little ones they have sand sculpting lessons withย Matthew Deibert, kids treasure hunt, limbo contests, and surf lessons.
