…Let’s start with basketball where the 76ers pulled off a shocking win over the Knicks in overtime of Game 5 of their First Round Series…final score…Sixers 112, Knicks 106.
Sixers Stave Off Elimination
While the Knicks’ Jalen Brunson had 40 points…the Sixers’ Tyrese Maxey had 46 points…as Philly now staves off elimination and forces a Game 6. Maxey had a huge four-point play and then a desperation three at the end of regulation that sent the game into OT…and he continued to score from there. Game 6 will take place on Thursday in Philadelphia for what should be an all-time classic game.

Despite Tom Brady saying he’d be available to play for the Patriots if an injury were to occur…the new Pats head coach Jerod Mayo says he’d be open to Brady returning as a coach possibly…but not as a player. “I love Tom. The door is always open if he wants to come in here and coach. But as far as going on the field, I don’t know,” said Mayo.
