Pop’s Corner Owners Opening New Upscale Restaurant
The Hudson Rose is coming soon to Nutley. It’s from Bruce Fischer and Brian Neiman. They are the owners of Pop’s Corner in Point Pleasant Beach, which opened this past July.
According to the new restaurant’s website, Hudson Rose’s overall concept is “modern/elevated American”, with ownership taking inspiration from some of their favorite NYC restaurants. Furthermore, the culinary focus is “New American” with some “influence from Italian and Asian flavors”.
Meanwhile, plans are currently in place to open sometime in late May or early June. The location of this new venture is in the heart of North Jersey, at 238 Franklin Avenue, in Nutley, in the spot previously occupied by the Franklin Steakhouse.

About Pop’s Corner.
However, let’s not forget the dynamic culinary duo’s current eatery, Pop’s Corner, at 500 Arnold Avenue in Point Pleasant Beach. This breakfast and lunch local hot spot sports fun flavorful menu items throughout the day. Some highlights include their Breakfast Nachos. Tortilla chips, nacho cheese sauce, pepper jack cheese, chorizo, eggs, bacon bits, jalapenos, and more in a classic Nachos presentation! Then for lunch, beginning at 11am, there’s something called the Flipped Out Tuna Melt! Looks like a classic tuna melt but on an everything bagel. Genius! The website says dinner items will be coming soon as well.

As for the Hudson Rose, when it does open later this spring, expect to hear about its “Harlow Room”, which is already being touted for weddings and other galas on site. Here are a few phots of the Harlow Room, from the Hudson Rose’s website, that is still under construction. However the website does give some interesting info on the Harlow Room – Named after the owner’s beloved grandchildren, Rosie Harlow and Hudson Maxwell, the venues are a testament to cherished connections and culinary inspiration drawn from iconic New York City eateries.
