Hey, it’s Jimmy Steal and Hot Sauce has been a passion of mine almost as long as music! I’ve seen the hot sauce game explode much like the craft beer industry has over the last couple of decades. Years ago it was Franks Red Hot, Tabasco and maybe a random Blair’s Death Sauce here and there. Now there are dozens of hot sauce makers right here in Jersey and around the country! So we are gonna taste em all! Or at least try to!
So armed with a camera, some occasional friends and a roll of Tums, I set out on an in studio journey of heat! Tasting the good the bad and the spicy so you don’t have to, and giving you the lowdown on what sauces need to be in your fridge!
