Eli Manning To Throw Out First Pitch At Yankees Game
Well Eli Manning, the man who beat the “G.O.A.T” Tom Brady, will be throwing out the first pitch at an upcoming Yankee game.
That’s right, not once but twice, the former Giant and 2 time Superbowl champ quarterback, will be warming up his arm yet again.
I don’t know if you will see David Tyree catching the ball with his helmet, but let’s hope Eli makes it across the plate without any interceptions.
You want to get there early because the first 18,000 fans will get a bobblehead of the Giants quarterback, in some pinstripes.
Why Is Eli Throwing Out The First Pitch And When:
Eli hits the mound on August 4th, against the Toronto Blue Jays. They are celebrating their 100th anniversary this upcoming season. 18 years of that was played at Yankee Stadium. Check this out for a little history lesson, back in 1956 the NFL championship trophy was won at Yankee Stadium and will be on display.
I know Yankee Stadium, is going to go crazy when they see him come out on the field. LETS GO YANKEES AND GOOD LUCK ELI.
A Look Back A Eli Manning And His Carree:
Eli was born on January 3rd 1981, to Archie Manning and is younger brother to Peyton. He comes from such a football background. Nothing really stands out though when Eli took on the New England Patriots not once but twice in the Superbowl. If don’t know already he won both of them beating one of the best querbackst to play the game Tom Brady. Lets not forget the famous helmet catch, which was so crazy to watch.
