New Ice Cream Shop Coming To Point Pleasant For Summer 2024
Well, summer is on its way, and you know it’s all about the beach and relaxing, now a new family-owned ice cream shop in Point Pleasant will have to be added to your must see list. There are a couple of ice cream places around, for sure. This new place will be setting up shop where one of the most popular ice cream shops used to be.
It was very sad to hear about the iconic Strollo’s Lighthouse closing down on the corner of Ocean Avenue and Broadway at Inlet Drive, According to Patch.com the new owners, the Saladino family will be opening up doors on May 3rd right where Strollo’s use to be. Also on the report the Saladino family has always had a dream of getting an ice cream store up and running.
What To Expect From The New Ice Cream Shop In Point And The Name:
This new ice cream shop will take the name of Salty’s Inlet Ice Cream, according to reports. This new place will be your favorite hard and soft ice cream for sure. Also on the menu, it will be filled up with specialty sundaes, slushies shakes, and lots more. Check this out, moreover, a lot of things on the menu will be named after something about Point Pleasant.
This new place will be ready for giveaways going throughout the summer, weekly specials, and even teamed up with Divi Tree to offer coffee-based drinks, including cold brews topped with soft serve. To get a little extra taste of the new ice cream shop here is their Instagram.
