When you are at a station appearance and you stumble upon a 3 time winner of the 2022 Shore Awards, and it’s lunchtime, and you’re a hungry fat kid, you gotta stop by and say hi! That’s just what I did
Recently while doing a Saturday gig in downtown Toms River. There were food trucks and much more at the Rockin Rotary event. However when I cast my eyes on Harry, I fell in love. In love with Harry’s Smokin BBQ, Shore Award winner of the Top Food Truck, Number One BBQ, and also unexpectedly, winner in the Wings category! A 3 time champ in 2022!
You meet Harry and he is just all about the food, the smoker and the truck. You can tell he loves what he does and his staff is the same. They are like a machine working the smoker, the grill, the fryers and the cash register baby! Harry told me he can make up to 5 thousand dollars at a private catering event, which is great considering they are now coming back post covid.
Harry and his crew are survivors, having kept the business going through the pandemic and coming out the other side even stronger! A true Jersey Shore success story! So the next time you’re in Downtown TR look for Harry’s big ol trailer! Or next time you are heading to a food truck festival…or any festival look for Harry’s.
