Check out the video of last night’s NBA Dunk Contest (which took place during halftime of the NBA All Star Game itself).
In the end, the Trail Blazers’ Anfernee Simons defeated the Knicks’ Obi Toppin to win the Contest. The Pacers’ Cassius Stanley also participated.
It was a fun event. At one point, Simons put a nerf hoop on the backboard which was estrimated at twelve feet above the ground. He then put a regular-sized basketball on the nerf hoop…jumped…grabbed the ball off the nerf hoop…and then dunked on the actual rim. Pretty creative.
Meanwhile, the Knicks’ Obi Toppin jumped over his team-mate, Julius Randle, and his dad (who is a famous street-baller named Dunker’s Delight) and slammed it home. Another cool one.
