The Dead Daisies just dropped a killer new single! "Light 'Em Up" is the title track off the band's upcoming album. The tune is fun, rocks hard, and boasts a serious AC/DC vibe! Speaking of the new track, singer John Corabi said:
"It’s a kick-ass, straight ahead rock and roll tune, just how we like it!!! Turn it up, and get ready to bang your head and break sh*t!!! Hope ya like it!!!"
The Dead Daisies spent the early part of 2024 in both Nashville & Muscle Shoals with Frederiksen writing and recording songs for their forthcoming 7th studio album. The album, Light ‘Em Up will be released in early September through Spitfire Music Pty Ltd/SPV.
As demonstrated on the new single, The Dead Daisies are all about having fun and they are planning quite the romp this summer. The US leg of their Light 'Em Up Would Tour kicks off right in our area! Speaking of the upcoming tour, guitar player Doug Aldrich said:
“Our 2024 Tour has been locked and we’re gonna have some great nights of kickass rock!!!! Can’t wait to play the new songs for you guys!
Whether you live in North, South, or Central Jersey, The Dead Daisies have you covered! On June 6 the tour begins at Racket NYC. The group will be joined by Killcode and Tempt that night.
