(WATCH) Jersey Rock Video of the Week: The Land Of Ozz “Goodbye To Romance”
Going Off The Rails at The Strand Theater in Lakewood on 6/17!
The Prince of Darkness only has a few dates scheduled for 2017 and none of them are in our area. So what’s an Ozzy fan who needs some live action to do? The answer can be found in Lakewood.
The Land Of Ozz, an incredible Ozzy tribute act, will take the stage at The Strand Theater on 6/17. Made up 100% of Jersey Rockers, the band sounds extremely close to the real thing. If you close your eyes, you might not be able to tell the difference.
The Land Of Ozz uses an array of Ozzy-influenced video elements, full lighting effects and an impressive ensemble of musicians to channel the feel of an Ozzy show straddling the eras of Randy Rhoads, Jake E. Lee, and Zakk Wylde. Of course the Black Sabbath years are also a part of the experience. Singer Stephen Desko looks and sounds just like Ozzy. Joining Desko on stage are Guitarist Mike Stanley, his son, 17 year-old guitar phenom Matt Stanley on lead, Bassist Paul Piccari, Keyboardist Mike “The Wizard” Vivial, Drummer Tom Stewart and veteran Rock Engineer John Brady. The talented group can easily run with any top-tier tribute act.
Tickets for Land Of Ozz range from $25-$40 and are available HERE.
