Rocking The Jersey Rock Showcase at The Wonder Bar in Asbury Park on Thursday 2/22!
Long Branch Punk Rock Trio The Carousers continues to tear it up on the local scene. Originally hailing from Trenton, Montclair, and Clinton, the group formed at Monmouth University, getting their start under the school’s Blue Hawk Records label.
The Carousers’ self-titled debut EP is a fast-paced, high-energy romp. Filled with wisdom obtained through co-ed college interaction, the release is a highly enjoyable ride. Don’t miss The Carousers at the next Jersey Rock Showcase at The Wonder Bar in Asbury Park on Thursday 2/22. They’re on the bill with The Ones You Forgot, Roulette and special guests Lance Larson and Matt O’Ree Band. Doors are at 7 pm. The show is ages 21 +. Before they rock The Jersey Rock Showcase on 2/22 at The Wonder Bar, The Carousers will take the stage at The Millhill Basement in Trenton this Friday 2/16. Joining them on the bill are On The Cinder, Latewaves and Jersey Rock Showcase veterans The Vansaders. Doors are at 9pm. Admission is $8 at the door. More info on the facebook event page.
