Google Does Not Know Who The Doors’ Guitarist Is!
Hola, Rat Rockers…East Side Dave here. We were talking about The Doors on the Morning Rat Race…when I decided that I wanted to know how Robby Krieger, the band’s one and only guitarist, spells his first name. Is it Robby with a “y” or “ie” at the end?
So, I looked it up on the ol’ Google machine. And guess what? They don’t know who the damned Doors guitarist is! Take a look at the photographic evidence!
Now, before Ray Manzarek (The Doors’ keyboardist) was in a group with Krieger, Jim Morrison, and John Densmore…he did play music with his brother, Rick Manzarek, in a band called Rick & The Ravens. And even though this was a prehistoric version of The Doors…by the time they officially became The Doors…only ROBBY KRIEGER was recognized as the group’s guitarist!
From the iconic opening to “The End”….to the action-packed riff of “Roadhouse Blues”…Robby Krieger is a guitar legend and the ONLY Doors’ guitarist and needs to be recognized as such, Google!
Yes, I’m talking directly to YOU, Google! You’re spying on us anyway…so I know you can hear me! FIX THIS! ROBBY KRIEGER is The Doors’ guitarist!
