Winter Wonderland Weekends Are Coming To Downtown Toms River

Join The Downtown Toms River Business Improvement District at our Weekend Wonderland.  The weekend will kick off with the Annual Tree Lighting on Friday December 1st. Meanwhile, on the following two Saturdays and Sundays, the municipal courtyard will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland.

Friday, Dec. 1^st  5pm-7pm.  There will be live entertainment beginning at 5pm. Furthermore, Santa arrives on the fire truck at 7pm to light the tree! Photos with Santa will follow the tree lighting in Town Hall. This is a great opportunity to get the little ones to see Santa early and in a unique setting, rather than just on line at a Mall.

Saturdays Dec. 2^nd & Dec. 9^th 12pm – 6pm. The courtyard will be transformed into a Winter Wonderland Village. Vendors will be selling handcrafted gifts. Plus, kid’s activities and face painting. Moreover, there will be holiday music, caroling, and ornament painting. Take the chill off at the hot chocolate station. Meanwhile the fantastic Downtown Toms River businesses will be open to help you find that perfect gift for your special someone.

Meanwhile, on Saturday December 2nd, one of those Downtown businesses, The Garden State Distillery at 13 Washington Street, will be hosting an additional event during Winter Wonderland! From Noon til 4pm will be the Distillery's Sip & Shop event. It's the perfect place to stop in to "warm up" with some local craft whiskey, vodka, gin, rum, and more. While you're enjoying your holiday cocktail, you can shop the local artesian vendors who will be set up there, Including:
