Jersey Rock Band of the Week: Scarlet Carson
Rocking The Stone Pony in Asbury Park on Saturday 6/8!
Once upon a time, a NJ Hard Rock act made a serious name for themselves on the regional music landscape. They won an number of awards, including the opportunity to open WRATFest and went on to play with the likes of Motley Crue, Papa Roach, Buck Cherry and more. That band is Scarlet Carson. After a 6 year hiatus, their classic lineup is back to make another mark on the Jersey Rock scene.
According to Scarlet Carson’s website, the band stepped away from playing together “to find inner peace and Bob Sagot.” They’re back now because they have found that “inner peace is a farce” and they need an outlet for the pent-up aggression that not even Bob Sagot could quell. They will plug it all in to The Stone Pony in Asbury Park this June.
Don’t miss Scarlet Carson’s classic lineup reunion show at The Stone Pony in Asbury Park on Saturday 6/8! Joining them on the bill is a killer undercard featuring City Vision, The New Black, Common Wealth, and This Year’s Comeback. Tickets are available now at ticketmaster.com!
Tune to Jersey Rock on 95.9 The Rat Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday at 11:30 pm to hear both classic and new tracks from Scarlet Carson! Lead singer Santino Noir will call in to the show each night!
