Jersey Rock: NJCASA Benefit Show
Rocking The Saint in Asbury Park on Saturday 1/20!
The New Jersey Coalition Against Sexual Assault is a statewide advocacy and capacity building organization that represents the 21 county-based rape crisis centers and the Rutgers University Office of Violence Prevention and Victim Assistance. The group’s mission is “to promote the compassionate and just treatment of survivors and their loved ones, foster collaborative relationships between community systems, and affect attitudinal and behavioral changes in society” to eliminate sexual violence.
On Saturday 1/20 an all-female lineup of talented local musicians will take the stage at The Saint in Asbury Park to raise funds for the NJCASA. Organized by Pamela Flores, the event will feature performances from Alexa Mazurkiewizz, Avery Mandeville, Tara Dente, The Vaughns, Hey Anna, Fiona Silver, and MACK.
Doors are at 6:00 pm. Tickets are $10 each and are available HERE.
Pamela Flores will call in to Jersey Rock on Tuesday night to talk about the event.
