While browsing in an aisle, a bag of Mini-Puft marshmallows comes to life, causing havoc right before Rudd’s eyes.
From Juno director Jason Reitman and his father, producer Ivan Reitman, the next chapter in the original Ghostbusters universe will feature a single mom and her two kids after they arrive in a small town. They begin to discover their connection to the original ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind. The film is written by Jason Reitman & Gil Kenan and is based on Ivan Reitman’s 1984 film Ghostbusters written by Dan Aykroyd and Harold Ramis.
In addition to Rudd, the cast includes Carrie Coon, Stranger Things’ Finn Wolfhard, Mckenna Grace, and from 1984’s Ghostbusters, Annie Potts and Ernie Hudson.
