Asbury Park Teen Accused Of Bestiality

The APP reports that an Asbury Park teenager has been accused of bestiality with his cat, then following the act, torturing it and killing it. The 18 year old is facing numerous charges and is currently being housed in county jail and is facing up to five-years in state prison if convicted. The report indicates that a concerned neighbor brought the animals remains to authorities. If convicted, the accused faces up to 5 years in jail.

Researchers say the whale that washed ashore Wednesday in Seaside Park likely died from a propeller strike. Officials with the Marine Mammal Stranding Center say the 30-foot female humpback had a fractured skull, bruising on the head and cuts hey think probably came from a propeller strike. About 13 whales have washed ashore along the New Jersey and New York coastline for the last three months. Most of them show signs of being struck by a boat. Mayors of several New Jersey communities and wildlife groups have called on the federal government to suspend wind power development along the shore. Governor Phil Murphy has rejected any link between the whale deaths and wind power development.
From Eatontown, a pediatric surgeon has been found not guilty of molesting underage patients. Seventy-seven-year-old Dr. Saad Saad [[ sawed-sawed ]] was acquitted on all counts after being charged with criminal sexual contact. The accuser was one of four people that came forward with stories of molestation but this doctor was found not guilty.
