Ladies and gentleman…America’s greatest athlete, Joey Chestnut, has done it again.   The legendary competitive eater won Nathan’s Famous Hot Dog Eating Contest again yesterday…for the 16th time!

He ate 62 hot dogs in 10 minutes.   His record though is 76.   But still….after a two-hour weather delay…Joey captured number 16…tying him with Ric Flair and John Cena who have 16 world titles each as well (albeit in wrestling).   Let’s face it…when it comes to eating…Joey Chestnut puts on a show!

Sixteen championships puts Chestnut ahead of Tom Brady, Yogi Berra, and Bill Russell…all of whom are the greatest winners in their respective sports.

Congratulations, Joey!   July 4th belongs to America…and YOU!   You’re the greatest of all time!   I’m Davey Mac…that’s my two cents!
