If you grew up watching Jimmy Houston’s Outdoors on ESPN…you may be familiar with these kind of fishing shows on television…where master fisherman would find a serene location and try to get some trout on a Saturday morning. As a kid, I loved these kind of programs.

Growing up here at the Jersey Shore, I would watch fishing shows and then apply what I learned at local lakes…and would daydream about being a master fisherman…even though I could only catch sunnies at Spring Lake!
