Good morning, Sports fans!   It’s Davey Mac here with another exciting Sports Report for ya!   Some football news for you Jets fans!   A Yankee gets suspended!   Hockey and hoops playoffs!   And more!   But first!

If you’re an animal lover, you may not want to watch this bizarre video.   While it’s blurry…it’s crazy…as Arizona Diamondbacks pitcher Zac Gallen was warming up before his start yesterday when he accidentally hit a bird with a curve ball.

This obviously reminds me of the time when Randy Johnson hit a bird with a fastball during a Spring Training game.   The bird practically exploded and it was an insane visual.

Here’s what’s weird, folks.   Because I’m Davey Mac…the Sports Master…I’m gonna give you a heads up.   When Randy Johnson destroyed the bird…he was pitching for the Arizona Diamondbacks in 2001…which is the year the D-Backs won their only World Series.   And because Gullen ALSO pitches for the Diamondbacks…could this be sign that Arizona will win the Championship this year?!   I don’t know…but I’m going to the sports books as we speak and laying down a few dollars on ’em!   I’m a Yankees fan…but a sign’s a sign!   I’m Davey Mac…that’s my two cents!

  • Yanks Lose To Jays On Walkoff

Tough game for the Yankees last night in Toronto as Gerritt Cole was excellent but the Yankees offense was a no-show as the Yanks lost to the Blue Jays…three to nothing.   Cole threw seven shutout innings…striking out six…but the Yanks couldn’t hit…and in the bottom of the tenth…Yankee reliever Wandy Peralta gave up a walk-off, game-winning home run to the Blue Jays’ Danny Jansen.   The Yanks fall to 25 and 20.

  • Jets' Williams Rumored To Be Upset At Team

Apparently, talented Jets defensive tackle Quinnen Williams is feeling disrespected by the Jets.   Williams reportedly wants a new deal and more money and feels like the Jets just gave it all to Aaron Rodgers.   But sources within the Jets feel that a new contract with Williams can get done.
