After living in Toms River for several years it took me 6 years and nearly a dozen visits to various nail salons to find a great nail technician. I needed to find the person who was going to give me their undivided attention and not rush me through an appointment so they can get the next client in the chair,
I have gel overlays, and I like that they keep my nails looking smooth and keep them from breaking. I like my nails slightly longer and either filed into points or coffin shape. Lately I have my guy file them to sharp points. I think it looks sexy and somewhat dangerous.

This salon recently opened in Toms River. It’s right across the parking lot from Aldi on Route 37. Most people who mentioned MB were clients of nail techs who used to work elsewhere in the community. If you do a great job, customers will follow you anywhere. Several people mentioned nail techs Sanya and Dorothy as being the best at what they do. I like that this nail salon has an online appointment platform that can be accessed HERE. I guess they are so new they’ve yet to create a website or a social media page.

This place is in South Toms River across from Wawa on Dover Road. Denise and Angie couldn’t say enough about Sandy the owner and how well trained and organized she and her staff are.
Beautiful nail art came up several times with clients claiming that the staff is very talented and willing to listen to what the client wants as opposed to the nail tech doing whatever they want.
The prices are reasonable and are what one would expect from a place in this part of town. A few folks mentioned that the staff is attentive and never leave you waiting. Customer service is on target and the work ethic and attention to detail keep clients coming back again and again. Someone also mentioned that her manicure and pedicure last until the next visit. High quality work, long lasting results.

Everyone who mentioned this place claimed they travel out of their way to come to this shop. Also mentioned was that they stay open until 7:30 a few days a week for folks who work until 6pm.
Many folks absolutely love the results after having their nails done because the techs pay attention to detail. Angie’s name came up a few times as a person who does incredible work with manicures, dipping powder, gel work, pedicures and other services. The place is clean & comfortable.
