Massive Recall Of Child Car Seats Has Just Been Issued
A recall exceeding more than 500,000 child car seats made by Diono has just been issued.
The recall cites the car seats may not offer enough protection to the child in an event of a crash.
The child car seat models involved in the recall were released by Diono between 2014 and last month.
In case you don’t recognize the brand, Diono was formerly known as Sunshine Kids Juvenile.
More specifically, the car seats pose a risk to children who weigh more than 65 pounds whose car seat is only secured by a lap belt.
The models affected have been published on the WISN12 website.
If you have one of these car seats included in the recall, Diono will send you a few parts to make your child’s car seat safer.
