Good morning, Sports fans! It's your good friend Davey Mac here with another action-packed Sports Report for ya! But before we look at the Scoreboard...man...did you see the ending to that Jets-Raiders game yesterday.
Gang Green lost a tough one Vegas…16 to 12. Not a lot of offense in this one. The Jets did have a chance to win the game with a Hail Mary at the end and Zach Wilson threw a really good desperation pass but it was not caught. It looked like Garrett Wilson had an opportunity to make the catch but teammate Tyler Conklin broke the pass up. Check this out...
Give Zach Wilson all the credit in the world on this play. He was scrambling for his life...nearly sacked...and rolling to the left (as a right-hander)...and yet he still made a fantastic 50-plus yard throw. But really look closely at Conklin (#83). What was he doing?
Take a gander at this angle. From this perspective, it looks even clearer that Garrett Wilson have a legitimate chance to make the catch...and Conklin looked more like a defender for the Raiders! OUCH!
It sucks to say this...but had Conklin not interfered with the pass...this very well may have been the moment when Zach Wilson's career trajectory changed. Coming up huge on National TV and completing a Hail Mary to win the game would have been MASSIVE for Wilson's future. But, Conklin messed it up. Oh, well. Now on to the Scoreboard!

Giants Crushed By Cowboys
Staying with football…where the Giants were destroyed yet again by the Cowboys…49 to 17. This, of course, comes after the G-Men were crushed by the Cowboys in Week 1 by the score of 40 to nothing. The Giants couldn’t get anything done offensively once again…and I’m not sure the defense even showed up to the stadium. Dak Prescott threw for 404 yards and four touchdowns as the Cowboys improve to 6 and 3…the Giants drop to a dismal 2 and 8.
